Data we collect

Everything we hold comes from the forms you fill in, plus the standard technical details a browser shares with every website it visits:

• Contact details — your name and email address — when you order, request a trial or write to support.
• A WhatsApp number. Every form requires one, because it is how we send setup help and reach you quickly if an order has a problem.
• The device you plan to watch on, so the instructions you receive are the right ones.
• Order information: which plan, the date, and whether it is still active. We never record what you watch.
• Your IP address and browser type, which we use only to slow down form abuse.

Data we deliberately avoid

Banking information of any kind. Because you pay with a prepaid gift-card code, card numbers, account numbers and billing addresses never pass through this site — so they cannot leak from it.

Viewing activity. Your plan is on record; the channels you open are not.

Marketing profiles. We do not sell, rent or trade data, and this site loads no third-party advertising or tracking code.

Purposes

• Delivering what you bought, starting with sending you your username and password.
• Answering your questions, and getting in touch about your order if something on our side goes wrong.
• Keeping the forms free of spam and abuse.
• Meeting record-keeping duties under accounting and tax rules.

Retention

We keep order records for as long as your subscription is active and then for the period accounting and tax law demands. Support threads stay only while they are useful for helping you. Trial and contact requests from people who never became customers are deleted once they are obviously stale.

Who else sees it

Three suppliers make the site work: a hosting company, a database provider and an email-delivery service that sends your login. They act only on our instructions and are not allowed to use your data for their own ends.

We share data with no one else, except where a legal obligation forces us to — and when that happens we let you know if the law permits it.

Cookies and local storage

This site uses no advertising cookies, no analytics cookies and no tracking pixels, which is why you never see a consent pop-up. Your browser keeps only what the site needs to function — for example where you are in checkout — and you can wipe it by clearing site data.

Your choices and rights

Wherever you live, you can ask us to show you your data, fix it, delete it, restrict its use or send you a copy. Write to [email protected] using the email address from your order; we answer within one month and usually within days.

Unhappy with how we handled your information? Please raise it with us first so we can make it right. You are also entitled to complain to the data-protection regulator in your country.

Young people

Tu Latino TV is not meant for children, and we do not knowingly hold information about anyone younger than 16. If a child has sent us details, tell us and we will erase them.

Revisions

This page changes only when our practices change, and never to slip in new uses of your data. The date at the top marks the current version, revised on 1 October 2026.
