The 48-hour promise
Ask within 48 hours of activation. If our support team cannot make the service work for you, we return the full amount.
Before you buy: test it
The cheapest way to avoid a refund is to never need one. Request the free trial, or ask for the $1.99 24-hour pass, and check your channels on your own TV and internet first — same lineup, same servers as the paid plans. Customers who test first almost never come back for a refund.
Situations we refund
- Support has tried every available fix and the service still won't run on your device.
- A problem on our side cuts off your access for a long time and we are unable to restore it.
- You were charged for something you didn't order, or charged twice for one order.
- What you received doesn't match the plan you paid for, and we cannot correct it.
Situations we don't refund
- You used the service for a meaningful period and then decided you no longer want it.
- We traced the problem to your connection, router, device or home network and explained it to you.
- You never got in touch with support, so we had no chance to help.
- A specific channel or event is unavailable, moved, or was never part of the lineup. Channels come and go, and none is promised for a whole term — ask before buying if one channel matters most.
- The terms were broken, for example by reselling a personal line or posting its login publicly.
- The purchase was the 24-hour pass, which is deliberately priced as a low-cost test.
Requesting a refund
Write to [email protected] from the email address on your order. Give us the order number and explain what is happening — the channel, what appears on screen and what you have tried. With that, we can often solve the issue before a refund is even needed.
What happens next
You get a decision and the reason behind it within two business days. An approved refund goes back through the method you used to pay; from that point, timing depends on the gift-card issuer, not on us.
Chargebacks
Please email us before opening a dispute with a payment provider. Disputes lock the order for weeks, while most emails are settled within a day. We honour genuine refund requests; where a subscription was plainly used, we answer disputes with the usage records.
